Hi, I have been trying to manifest something for a while and it hasn’t come yet. I am wondering if I should continue to affirm that I have it or if I should detach and not think about it.
whichever one feels more natural to you. just a tip for affirming tho, less is more. like you can mindlessly robotically affirm, but i found that when i used to do that, i would focus and worry about HOW MUCH i was affirming without actually internalizing what i was affirming. not saying this will happen to you, but it happened with me and i've seen it happen to other people. when you affirm, say it like you mean it. one affirmation is enough as long as you continue to think in your favor. i've found that i worry a lot less and it's SO much easier for me to stay consistent when i affirm less but put more weight and belief and TRUST into what i'm affirming. by doing that consistently, you'll eventually start to detach.
