hey guys, im usually really positive but today i ended up having a panic attack and a breakdown. not bc of my sp but bc of stress but i’m still thinking in my favor as much as i can but taking more breaks and letting my mind relax bc my head hurts today. IM STILL DEF PERSISTING :) i’m getting my shit
