Hi y'all! So basially, I've been into spirituality since I was nine or ten. In freshman year, sI eriously struggled, and kind of gave up. This summer, I am determined to not let depression of blockages get to me at all, and to become my best self and be happy. My thing is, IT'S HARD STAYIFNG FOCUSED! I deal with mental issues, which I've been healing from more and more this summer, but sometimes I get really wrapped up into some things and when i think about sitting down and manifesting and saturating, I just neglect it for some reason.. I know can just have the things I want and continue from there, but does anyone have tips for staying focused on their saturations? Thank you all, and I know all of you will succeed in manifesting whatever you want!!

I personally use meditations to refocus my mind in moment i need them. I specifically use THIS " I Am Meditation"- by Edward Art. But when I'm in a place where I can't play the meditation, I affirm to myself, self concept affirmations.
